Intro ..........this is NOT an "aprils" blog..I am just working on some ideas for OUR (urSUN) intenet TV channel and so this is My "SCLOG" section...you can send me your "blogs) but my style more of a "scrapbook-diary/ brain-storming - (captains) Log" ;) thus "SCLOG" ............

I stayed up until about 04hrs the other night, to watch a film I had missed thus far "K-Pax (plot below) and it reminded me of some of my reaction to the the people occupying this planet, I am not sure if if you know the film, but some will think "Prot" is meant to be an "alien" others see him as just an "ingenius nutter"..not sure if it really matters, I enjoyed the story ..and the message, which is (maybe similar to "being there") is poking a tongue out at society, the system and the self-important BS that you allow to fill up your life, with other peopls rule, opinions, media madness and now the moronic "bling" generation...

It could be that I am waiting for MY "spceship" to pick me up (or beam me up "scotty) or this planet is occupied by around 6 billions "inavders" hell bent on destruction of what was, and sometimes still is ...a beautful world.....but as "spock" might say "it's Life Jim, but not as WE know it..."

thats my opinion...the world is mad - choking its population on 6 billion tonnes of poison pumped intot he air by in creasing numbers of vehicles clogging its roads, instead of using alternatives like solar, wind and water, for energy or transport, conflicts amongst peoples, segregated by walls & "nations" invented by political or religious leaders, to "divide & rule" and complaining about the Tsunamii caused by self-inclicted changes in climate and of course radiation the so-called "safe" energy that may yet wips us all away...no "april fools joke" /  maybe it is..tomorrow is the "human race's birthday" ?????

K-Pax

Claiming to be an extraterrestrial from a planet called 'K-PAX' about one thousand light years away, Prot (pronounced like the word "goat", played by Kevin Spacey) is committed to the Psychiatric Institute of Manhattan where psychiatrist Mark Powell (Jeff Bridges) begins to evaluate him as a delusional. However, Prot's unwavering ability to provide cogent answers to questions about himself, K-PAX, and its civilization leads Dr. Powell to introduce him to a group of astrophysicists, where Prot claims to have journeyed to Earth by means of "light-travel" and goes on to display knowledge that puzzles them.
Prot also exhibits considerable influence over the other patients at the Institute, each of whom believes unquestioningly that he is indeed from K-PAX. Prot has explained that he can take one person with him when he returns; thereafter most of the patients at the institute ask to be taken to K-PAX.
Upon learning that many of his patients expect to leave Earth on July 27, Dr. Powell confronts Prot, who explains that it is a predetermined date. However, Powell believes this to be a significant date in Prot's life, a day on which he suffered a severe psychological trauma. Powell then decides to subject Prot to regression hypnosis, which works well. Using information gained from these sessions, Powell figures out that Prot is actually Robert Porter, a man presumed dead since attempting suicide after his wife and daughter were murdered in 1996.
On July 27, Prot is found lying catatonic under his bed, and one of the other patients is also missing. The missing patient is never found, and Prot does not return while the other patients do not recognize Robert as he is being wheeled out of the room.

A very difficult subject - with an anniversary coming up of the Hillsborough tragedy..red-watch-standing-return-must-be-resisted however, I feel each stadium, atmosphere and proposal must be dealt with sensibly and with sensitivity, society tends to "blanket" rules & laws ..which should be for the GUIDANCE of a wiser population not blind obedience, which is for fools..the police will probably never admit their guilt, so its difficult to debate. Although many of us stand anyway, and that can be dangerous with space restricted by the seats, a properly constructed "safe standing area" MAY be possible for SOME people..in some sections (like the KOP)

the 3-5-2 / 5-3-2 formation i feel is a good one for now and when Kelly is back ..Glen can get forward and Danny can grow into a centre back that not only creates but reduces the need for holding midfielders if played with intelligence/flexibility and I feel INsua could also come back on the left as wing back (as hes best game is going forward, like Glen) giving us 2 players who could get balls into the box for Andy & Luis..
