RED OCTOBER - BLACK shirts

.........."first they ignore, you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you..then..you...."

part 4 ....so we WONT wont get fooled again..(11023) ..from ridi-cult-to fight?

........."just for fun"...another way to see the "story so far"

From Conspiracy to collaterall damage....CONfused you WONT be...after this????? ....by a "fantasist" (SoS description of the writer!)

Picture an "Dallas Texas old boys club" meeting between George W***** Bush & Tom Hicks..(2007)

GwB > "hey there Tom, looks like I may be on the way out of the white house, but the "New world order" is really taking control of the World , fear & security issues have got the planet where we want it , big increase in military, police & global weapons sales old boy"
THICKs>....."yeah ,Congrats GW, but that George Gillet was telling me about some "50,00 RED Army" guys in the the Athens area..spouting commie logos & RED Star banners, what are we gonna do about that?"

GwB> "Shucks, we just managed to get the global media & popular opnion behind us demonizing Islam , and them commie b*stards rear their heads again..
shiuld have nuked mosCOW when we had the chance.."
THICKs > "Nah, GW, these REDS are mostly limeys come from Liverpool, England..!! I 'll talk to George G. about it, and come to yer"

Despite Bush losing the presidency & Hicks losing everyone else's money and jobs, on bad business deals, Gillet had managed to convince greedy Lfc custodian (D.Moores) and "naive" accountant / managing director; Rick Parry to sell the legal company trading as "LIVERPOOL football club (Lfc) to Gillet & Hicks.(G & H) but as they had no money they conned a bank into using the club as "collater-all".. G & H organised big press conferences , spouting lots of promises and even tricked LFC into paying (50 million GBP!) for a fantastic design for a new stadium to "convince" the fans that G & H were "good old boys"

Honeymoon over

The Manager of the senior squad of players (G & H didnt realise that these players were important in the plans to thwart the "RED army") ; Mr. Rafael Benitez, (Rafa) dared to question the deals done by R. Parry with G & H ...and and the relationship between supporters , players & manager established by the "socialist Rebel" (Bill Shankly; "Shanks") 40 years previously ..still lived on. and core Supporters backed Rafa when G & H tried to replace him with a german (everyone knows in Liverpool that the germans bombed their chippy in WW2 making them extremely unpopular on merseyside!) ..

Soon more & more questions were aimed at G & H about the debt being loaded & delay in building the stadium , and when it was discovered a "yanks Out " campaign started (even if "Texans out" might have been more accurate) .. G & H (especially "poor Texas Tommmy") started to realise that their plans to undermine this apparent "re-birth" of socialism was being uncovered , and although the media was still peddling the same anti-Rafa BullSh*te, & they replaced Parry with Purslow ( a financial shark trained in the devious board room antics of mergers & "leveraged buy out" ...which if performed by an ordinary person, in normal commerce , would be considered "fraud" ) ...Rafa kept on exposing their devious plans and Supporters ..the true RED Army kept on chanting Rafa's name....

Propaganda

Hicks complained to Bush, who got his Nixon-style "propaganda machine" working...getting his "rats" scurring through all those "fans forums" "soccer chat rooms" and such to abuse & call for Rafa to go from Lfc , using any lie or mindless media headline , to back up their disgusting campaign..at the same time Parry who confused the signing of players Rafa wanted, or wanted to keep, then Purslow plotted with players that were sidelined or unhappy to get Rafa out as Rafa insisted (like Shanks) to have complete control of foootballing matters & transfers, Purslow wanted him out but for different reasons than G & H..
how own greed for power.

The loans built up, and G & H could no longer resist the bankers (who were party to the extra-ordinary "leveraged buy out" by G & H) claim for repayments and made "conditions".. including , of all things to appoint a new "Chairman" ..a Chelsea fan ("Chelski" because it is funded by a russian billionaire "businessman") G & H were told by Bush to agree as the "businessman" was not a commie but a friend..and he would help bring the "Liverpool RED ARMY" to its knees..and the "chairman" (Broughton) played along..and he plotted with Purslow to remove Rafe, and eventually after a meeting when Rafa was away, forced Rafa (the most succesful team manager of Lfc in 20 years) to leave, (although Rafa & his wife made significantcontribution to the local community & still keeps his home in Liverpool, is now @ Inter Milan.)

Back-stabbing Suits

G & H & GwB watched & smiled as Lfc declined, Purslow made all the important transfer decisions (although not having any more ideas than an average fan )
even though he & Martin Broughton(MB) were supposed to bring investment or in MB's case to find a buyer for the whole club in the summer of 2010. Despite promises the summer came & went, and more &more of the "RED ARMY" woke up - even the Supporters Union (called "Spirit of Shankly"= SoS!) combined with "ShareLfc"(SL)...& finally found some of that "Shanks spirit" and began organising opposition to G & H , with posters , concerts, meetings & a march to the stadium..

(Edit; the writer had warned SoS-SL & the RED Army via the "KOP" magazine back in 2008 & 2009 that dynamic action was needed!)

Other activists, individuals & independent "factions" made alternative "protest" shirts & launched postal & email campaigns against the various culprits; "yankers, bankers & w*nkers worldwide"..even the mainstream media had to take notice! ..exposing more & more of the conspiracy to defraud the people who funded Lfc .....the GLOBAL REDs Army..by the "suits"

G & H valued Lfc @ somewhere around 600-800 million dollars (which would only be true IF the global RED Army complied in marketing products & services, match days, replica kit & souvenir sales) Purslow saw his chance and with another Director (Ayres) got Broughton to bring in a "yes man" (Hodgson) to coach the team (thus Purslow kept power) and sell the club cheap so that G & H were out, leaving him to develop his power with new "owners".. the devious yet stupid G & H were easily outwitted (& removed) by clever lawyers employed by Purslow & Broughton..and "LFC" was apparently "sold" to NESV for 300 million!

what happens next? ..well the mainstream MEDIA , Bush, G & H , Broughton, Parry, Moores & Purslow all chose at different time to forget the RED ARMY power is not just 50,000 but over a million worldwide, and is under-estimated by everyone..and when it wakes up, after celebrating the removal of G & H ..we shall find out if those replacing G & H.. are the "New England Sports Ventures" ...or VULTURES..

(what if GwB's buddies are behind NESV?)...

the message for the "suits" ?.....whatever Happens the RED ARMY will never always be fooled , all of the time..!

..after all the "censorship here & everywhere"...."first they ignore, you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you..then..you...."

I think its broughton & Purslow who ought to keep "councel" the legal version may yet be needed to defend themselves from the mess THEY also caused at Lfc..

Kenny just calmed the waters after the departure of Rafa nr did he "sack" Paco, get it right!

No wonder the Lfc "bored" keep quiet after the "queens council" got them out of a legal mess of their own making and broughton & purslow contrbuted to
G & H damaging our club...

my understanding of Rafa's point...

IF my milkmen arrives at my door with a bottle full of white liquid , its fairly sure that the CONCLUSION is that its full of MILK
...comparing with Purslow...
IF we were looking so great before Purslow WAS APPOINTED managing director by FRAUDSters G & H and then afterwards everything ; transfers, finance management, player relations etc etc seemed to go WRONG, theres only one simple CONCLUSION..its down to PURSLOW!!

..I wonder how many sneering english journalists or "pundits"  can speak another langauge fluently in a press conference , half the journos from london & manchester cant even speak their own language ...?

It was (considering we had 5 or 6 "reserves" in the line-up ) adecent away result last night, but if napoli had scored could have been difficult to get back into it..still play too deep at times whether Torres OR Ngog , the set up of hodgson allows the other team to much room to buld and too much distance between our lone striker and his wing-backs or midfrield support..I would prefer Rh to resign & Kenny take over until a long term solution or Rafa returns..anyone whose part of the travelling Kop know what we dont need defending by hodgson - i have lost count of how many times we are treated badly on "away days" ..the media & UEFA usually prefer to tell lies, or nothing when our lads are hurt..however bad hodgson is , hes working hard at the "spin" to get back in our favour, after a lot of damage has been dont by his lack of class,  I cant imagine he can do those miracles and I cant EVER  imagine chanting his name, but although I will continue to boycott games until broughton & RH go, most Lfc fans are more forgiving than me."see naples and die" has taken on its modern meaning....? once again REDS fans attacked ...in the past it was always the rascally romans (woy?) now its the napolitans?...stirred up by gutter media - a familiar story? LFC advice for fans in Naples -from Liverpool FC (Lfc.tv) Liverpool Football Club have today reissued warnings for fans who have travelled to Naples for tonight's Europa League fixture. .I should have been in napoli last night (if it hadnt been for travel restrictions here or my decision to continue the boycott") my RED mates spend their disposable income travelling there just to get stabbed, mugged or set upon by groups of jackals..!

more about Rafa,...." Valencia was a club at war with itself, financially crippled and emotionally shattered. "What a mistake letting Rafa go," former club president Jamie Orti exclaimed recently. "If you told me that I could have him back at Valencia, I would go and get him and carry him here on my back if I had to."

hodgson "fears" far too much, and Torres is (& Rafa still is) more loyal to Liverpool supporters than you roy, cant imagine you holding up a " FIVE times"  hand to the stretford end!! -its a shame that SoS-SL have been just as "silent" about pushing for supporter-share participation in the "new Lfc" ..?

when all the story comes out there will few "heroes" ..the villians list goes on & on...G & H, MB & CP, RH , RP & DM ...and ...JH?...but..perhaps most surprising to all true Global REDS..most of the SoS/SL committe/board , especially RT & GS!!!!...not a nice story of wasted energy, ignorance & narrow-minded egos!  -IMO "when all about you are losing their heads" YES hodgson must go, now, but the intelligent thing to do is put Kenny in charge, right now, as he knows the club inside out, has "done it" before (won the english league 4 times with Lfc & Blackburn where Rh failed!) ..and knows the internal "politics" & players )would be difficult for someone like frank to just come in to the most demanding job in footy, hope I am wrong..and some one fresh makes us great again, because we need a positive imrovement on & off the field..)i would rather
wait for Rafa (who proved his class again last night!) (Inter 4 -0 v spurs @ h-t in the champiosn league!)

11020 *** talking of shrek?..I have to copy this from RAWK..

"What about the rooney rumour?!?!

Apparently Roy Hodgson was overheard saying: "Looks like Wayne's coming".

Unfortunately nothing else was heard because it started pouring down and they had to run for cover..............

lol

ChriS SmiTH> i'd just love to hear RH saying in the press conference.."rooney rumour = rubbish" ..those rascally romans..! ;)

-----------

Benitez inherited a squad which was weak and turned it into europes best (2 Cl finals , semi & qrt finals in 5 seasons) and the best league position in 20 years!

http://tomkinstimes.com/2010/10/crisis-part-one-hypocrisy-hodgson/!!..

Hansen knows about as much as RH, all these ex players, good on the park, but could not hack it at the highest level of management , so go into (easy) media!

-----

if the global base of supporters realise how strong we are when we are together we can ensure that this "promise" is more than words and ensure supporters are involved and not simply exploited because so many of us are "made up" by getting rid of the disasterous duo..

During the Weekend... ....75 % of CORE Lfc supporter...s
(and I am not including facebook "teenies") polled for r.hodgson to go NOW (at time of writing this has increased to 95%!)

0% voted for him to be given sufficient time to apply his methods succesfully! .....the Intelligent agree Rafa to return and complete his oriiginal contract is the long term answer with Kenny managing the senior squad until then....... a few misguided fans even regard Chelski Chappy Chairman broughton & Purslow "heroes" - they are certainly NOT ..a legal eagle QC got them out of a mess caused by tjheir own failures to do the job they are highly paid to do..

every association with G & H "reign" (rain?) should be purged..
-
Broughton & Purslow...
- forced Rafa (our most succesful manager in 20 years!) out
- fed Media lies to stir up anti-Rafa fans & met whilst Rafa on holiday to do the "dirty deed"
- IGNORED core supporters & Kennys OWN wish to follow Rafa
- employed "yes man" hodgson who has never won a major title with a major club
- IGNORED Core supporters wish for negociation to "finance the fans"
- REFUSED to engage with local or Global REDS on part or full SUPPORTER ownership
- got involved in transfer dealings with no more football "nouse" than the average fan..

broughton , purslow & hodgson please go and lets have a proper management structure with Dalglish at the centre, who is a big enough personality to be respected by fans, owners AND most importantly right now the ("senior") players

...and JH if you care about community & profit..
make sure the voice of our global supporters base are INSIDE the club, not just pay us "lip service" we are not going to throw away the "banners" etc just yet!

(Liverpool post :- "Liverpool FC supporters feel disenfranchised, says new club owner John W Henry" )  ....FB "dialogie" ;-
---
Kenny is the only person who an take over NOW, because its wise to have someone INSIDE who knows the internal "poitics" ..who is respected by supporters, owners & most important can command the senior players, no one can do that "quickly" so the intelligent thing to do is to put Kenny in NOW and then consider CAREFULLY who should be next as LFC can NOT make another mistake..so everyone is RIGHT to want RH to go, but be careful with the next step...!!! this is our club you are playing "guesssing games" with!  (some "FbFx4" idiot "Ciaig"  told me "Chris its people like you who dont understand why liverpool are in this mess.. yes its kennys f**king fault! )
- Emil of Lfc Romania thankfully replied : King Kenny is the best option by far
- craig >  because he was the one who took over from the good years and when he needed players he panic bought people, he was buying average players until the team became average!
CS > were U born when Kenny was manager?
ChriS SmiTH I was already as seasoned support during dalglish's days as player & manager...do you know that Kenny won the league 3 times as manager with us, won the double..& the cup again, (had we not been "banned" from europe (heysel) we probably would have won in europe as well with him, and then later in the 90's kenny won the premiereship with blackburn, kniows the club inside out..this isnt a compueter game!

Steve R>Do SOS have any influence on getting better deals than say Thomas Cook offer for LFC games and accommodation? I'm hoping to come to the West Ham & Wolves game, however I want to stay in Liverpool overnight for the Wolves game. It usually co...st me about £75 for bus to Liverpool & back from Plymouth and ticket in the Kop, but to stay the night in liverpool, Thomas cook are looking at least £240 for two people to stay the night in Liverpool and attend the wolves game sat in the corner of the Main stand next to the Anfield Rd end - getting to & from Liverpool isn't included in the price.See more
SoS> - Liverpool Supporters Union> Steve, we do try and raise issues like that as much as we can. If you e-mail Kieth our Club Liaison Officer at clubliaison@spiritofshankly.com with all the details and he will hopefully be able to raise it for you.
ChriS SmiTH>?@Steve check out "International Inn" , fairly central, U book online , cheap, friendly, clean ..2 can share a "cocoon" room! ;)
.....hey SoS aere you doing anything about the share issue with SL or have you gone back to sleep <smile> now john henrys courting your committee??????????????????????

Paul JMathew> All u LFC haters and deplorers, wait fo us to clear our mess and come strong to hit hard in ur faces and hard it will defenitely be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ellen Wujan M> well said lad, lets see that smile be wiped of there faces.x
Sumesh Gee> hmm we xhange tht kelavan roy and torres we might improve
ChriS SmiTH> being a TRUE RED means supporting your team and showing your true colours when things are bad (H-T Istanbul 05, etc..) all these "fans" who jump on or off according to results are worth nothing, they may as well follow the chelski rent-boys, the citeh version of the same, the ar*e-anal or the mancs, ....p.s Sumesh , true Reds know that Torres is NOT the problem , but RH IS!
Sumesh Gee> nothing much, torres had a fight with gerrad and carra, new owners r looking 4 new manager.. Blackburn match we lose end of appopan
Paul Joshua M>haha!!1 Appooppan! hilarious!!
Sumesh Gee> its not me who says so..all scouse mates i got told me
Paul Joshua Mathew ahh wheres this story of the fite from? U can never believe the media can u? unless it sounds more and more genuine after a while. With the present situation , we need to take all news with a pinch of salt! :)
Sumesh Gee> its true there was an argument between them
Paul Joshua M>hmm! what abt??? who will push RH into the pool???
ChriS SmiTH>Paul the media love to put us down, I am in the Balkans and cant believe the 99% crap they turn out ..the english press are the root of the problem with some manc & cockney pundits stirring it up too.
(even ex players who think they are exp...erts , like clueless hodgson) @Sumesh,"its true...Bullsh*te" ! and even if so, another thing true Reds dont do , is spread unsubstanciated rumours, maybe those scousers were "bitters" causing trouble.. ;)

Earl M> Purslow was suppose to be a red too.
ChriS SmiTH> purslow is about as red as maggie thatcher!
t least he (JJ)s supposed to be a reds fan and not a lover of the rent boys ;)

I think Lawro has no more idea than RH has!  (Lawro ALSO hasnt won any major titles as a manager of a major club) all these ex-players think they are experts, even though they were good players, few "made it" off the pitch thats why they took the "easy way out" into mainstream media and its banal coverage...

During the Weekend... ....75 % of CORE Lfc supporters
(and I am not including facebook "teenies") polled for r.hodgson to go NOW

...the Intelligent agree Rafa to return and complete his oriiginal contract is the long term answer with Kenny managing the senior squad until then....broughton , purslow & hodgson please go and lets have a proper management structure with Dalglish at the centre, who is a big enough personality to be respected by fans, owners AND most importantly right now the ("senior") players. There are a lot of True Reds supporters who are working for everyone's benefit but is is too  "early" for "Help Save Lfc" and many other "fan groups" back-slapping each other, and being "courted" by John Henry of Boston..and even some regard Chelski Chappy Chairman broughton (MB)  & (CP)  "mr christian" purslow (of the titanic) as "heroes" - they are certainly NOT

...dont burn your "yanks out" banners just yet, sure they come across as "modest & convincing" ..I tend to get nervous when the media only says too many nice things about someone, I tend like the people the media "alienate"...<smile> so Joe Januszewski - lets see if you and your buddies are going to improve matters back to pre-2007 days at least when we were int he 2nd Champions league final within 3 seasons..Torres was signed and Rafa was building us up to be a PL winning side..but if you are a distant fan, like 90% of our fan base will you ensure that WE get an equal benefit @ Lfc - that all true global REDS supporters are represented and benefit..?

oh and please vote in Kenny, at least for this season , not hodgson!

ok jamie , I have been loyal to "Shanks holy trinity" since 40 years +  BUT RH  is NOT "OUR manager" .. the wrong owners / board put him in place removing our most succesful  manager in 20 years..hodgson  has not respected US (made negative comments about core supporters ) and then presented himself as a weak fool in press conferences..HE said "judge me after 10 games! " more than 10 games gone and apart from a couple of reasonable european results he has been found out! LFC cant afford to wait until later, we are in the sh*te now, and Kenny is big enough to get the respect from owners , fans & most important ..the players..who seem "lost" making a mockery of the "losing the dressing room" slur v RB!!!

People say sacking him so soon into his tenure would not be The Liverpool Way.

In my opinion, embarrassing the club every time we step on the pitch is not The Liverpool Way.

Making the club a laughing stock every time he opens his mouth is not The Liverpool Way.

Blaming the players, anyone who questions his abilities and luck for your own inability is not The Liverpool Way.

balticred* Kopite> Re: Roy Hodgson post match interview

Hopefully this is a temporary break although it is incredible how much damage has been done.

In 'normal' circumstances Roy would not be Liverpool mananger and if we want to return to 'normality' he cannot be our manager.

The Liverpool Way means defending the pride and honour of this great club and doing the right thing.

The right thing would be for Roy to put his hands up and say "this is beyond me". If he does that NOW he will get my respect otherwise he will be remembered almost as badly as G and H.

i am officially, of the opinion now that this man must leave ... the smile after yesterdays game took me to the edge, but now its all over buddy ... the people who hired him must also be questioned and there position considered also....choosing someone to manage ur squad/club is just as important in the bog scheme of things as being the manager, every level within the club needs to be professional and top quality, not only the players and the manager .... we face challenges as a club no doubt, is seems almost on every level ... NESV, its time to show us why it is u were the preferred bidders.

RAWK>He is a f**king embarrassment.

-   How the fuck is he meant to motivate the players when he calls that our best display this season?

-   That big fucking smile at full time was just wrong in so many ways.

-   Alienating the Danish and Norwegians in one swoop.

-   Referring to a win at Everton as “a dream” when we’ve won there in 8 out of our last 10 games there.

-   Taking the pressure off himself by blaming it on the player’s performances, moments after describing their display as the best this season.

How the fuck can us Liverpool fans respect our manager when he treats us like a bunch of c*nts?

He should not be talking about his own future at all when the situation is as bad as it is now and to be talking about how much of a pay out he would receive.....ridiculous.

Pride in the job Roy! You are managing Liverpool FC ffs!

If Rafa had said it,the media would have torn him apart.
I havent heard anything as selfish as this in years. It is as if he doesnt give a shit as long as he gets his money. No passion,no spirit.Sorry, doesnt cut it.
It is worse than the Riera sinking ship comment.

CS>@ Shaun ...the club IS worth more than 300 million, but not with roy & not with G & H , broughton & Purslow...we have a billion dollar g...lobal income being mis-managed!

(maria) its Obvious that kenny is the only one who a) wanted the job b) knows the club (so no "settling in period") c) has won the Pl!!! d) will get respect from fans, owners, and e) most important right now, is a big enough man to kick players backsides who dont perform!!..
hodgson was appointed by the wrong peoiple as a PR stunt , should go with G & H..purslow & broughton as well.!

11017tina>i do not know what is happening to our team of late-we have been in decline really since the likes of alonso left-i am no expert in matters football just have supported liverpool for about 35-40 years and never have i known them to play this badly-its easy to blame the manager and yes i think he is partly to bl;ame like rafa before him but at the end of the day if we are not playing as a unit or not attacking from the off we will not win a thing-for me it is down to the players on the pitch-its like many do not appreciate the shirt on their backs and what it stands for-today i feel like crap -maybe if the lads played better i would have felt better-there must be something in the water up there as another scouser along the m62 is playing under par also-i have a thought but question if it would work-getting king kenny to work as an asistant manager along side roy- but keeping roy for now as the no 1 manager but have kenny as deputy, what is yor take on this-YNWA

ChriS SmiTH>no chaNCE, how can kenny be number 2 to roy who isnt half the man or the manager Kenny , was or is, on a bad day.?.i keep saying i have never publicly come out against any lfc player or manager before...but hodgson , was appointed wrongly, no way blame Rafa, who was put in an impossible situation yet still fought for us...i spend a minimum of 6-8hrs a day on Lfc-related stuff..and fans were stupid to change from Rafa who was is and always will be a class act of Liverpool quality...yes alonso going was a shame and yes the players need sorting, but last season was a freak and rafa was our most succesful manager in 20 years why ditch him over a freak season when he was in the middle of a mess he didnt cause!..

true and experienced footy supporters knew rafa shd have stayed on..but he was forced out..so hodgson must go, and until rafa completes his inter contract Kenyy with s.lee assisting is the best because Kenny is big enough to kick the players into gear!,....forget what the pundits say, many of them just like roy because hes english..and a "yes man" ..just look at the comments of 75% (now 95%) of supporters from RAWK who want him gone now...

RAWK>In Roy's world Today's result and performance are well above average. People are being too harsh when your record reads 0 wins 8 Draws and 14 defeats from your last 22 away games in the premier League then keeping the score down at a place like Woodison is a right result.

When you have taken 8 points out of a possible 66 points then it is not too disappointing when you almost give Everton a game.

At least Roy is the epitome of consistency he hasn't beat a current Premiership side away in the League since the 08-09 season. There can't be many of Europe's most respected coaches who can boast a record like that. He has never looked or sounded like a Liverpool manager and he never will. He's just not the right man, IMO he is one of those managers that will always do well with lesser teams where the expectation is to avoid defeat and survive but never cut it at the top sides that demand attractive attacking football.

In a way I feel sorry for him he's simply not a good enough manager for Liverpool; and whenever he tries to defend himself like this it just proves it. What bothers me most about RH is that he has no integrity really.  Saying we played well, blaming players, and then making a statement along these lines.  This is simply the lowest I have ever witnessed from a Liverpool manager.  How low are you willing to go Roy?  Have some integrity ffs and say that we are playing horribly bad, that we have had an unacceptable start to a season, that you are primarily to be blamed for that, that it is owners prerogative to decide what your future at the club is, and that you will do your utmost to get the club to start playing better.  Don't wrap yourself up in the lure of Liverpool's history all the while you are undermining it.

Hello. Mob here :)

A replacement exists already in Dalglish.

If certain "player power" elements within the team won't deliver for HIM then we'll know where the Judas' were who betrayed Benitez.
A good manager was ousted to be replaced by this "feted" one. (or did he mean "fathead"?)

I dont think Hodgson was seen as anything but a temporary manager by the board. As some have suggested his media popularity helped with the sale and that was his job here in the eyes of the board.
I am sure the owners are watching what we are saying carefully and paying heed to our dissatisfaction.

Steve C>If there has been a positive in all of this its how all the thousands of LFC fans worldwide came together to rid ourselves of this cancer. Of course SOS, Save Lfc and all the "cyber terrorists" made THE difference. Even Hicks said it did. NESV is hopefully a good thing but for me the fight aint over until we, the rightful custodians, own LFC. We must never go through this again!!See more
ChriS SmiTH> @Steve, right! ..too much back slapping & cosy satisfaction, please broughton & purslow, catch the next one out the door to follow G & H and take hodgson with you, he is Not Liverpool - worthy!
....the ONLY honest & safe future is Liverpool supoorters owning OUR club!

....it would be too easy to make excuses, I felt konchesky is weak (he should have cut out the cross for their first goal) ..we miss a ball player at the back (Agger)..& I would have played in form Kelly at RB..
the central 3 midfielders were playing ok footy at times , passing was better in latter part of first half and a lot of the 2nd half but we are still playinbg too deep from the start,,but everton battled from the start..

when we have Lucas SG & Meireles , 2 OF THE 3 MUST get to the sdge of the opposition box during our attacks to feed off loose balls..we expect too much of Torres, although we could have had a pen mid-way during the 2nd half when he was blatantly pulled back..the camerman saw it, but of course Howard Webb and co proved bias from the first minutes when he didnt even book arteta for a foul that would get yellow or even red from some..

ok maybe we had more shots than everton but they probably deserved the result for their efforts & team organisation  from the off...I have to wonder about hodgsons pre-match team talk?..we rarely started strongly in any of the PL games..Maxi & Cole (over-rated?) looked lost at times ...and too many goals are coming from our left

Its easy to jump on the band-wagon and call for a fresh coach to match the "fresh" yanks..but I stated from the time Rafa was forced out that Kenny is the best solution...a) roy seems out of his depth with the team and with the press / communication b) Kenny wanted the job, knows the club and deserves respect from everyone and is tough enough and has sufficient charisma to get it from owners , fans & most importantly now ..the team..

4 defeats in 8 league games, in more than 40 years of supporting Lfc I have never felt inclined to publicly criticise a RED player or manager/coach ..but I do now..AND THAT SAYS EVERYTHING, I looked at villa v chelski, and I felt a tinge of envy watching GH & Gary Mac's team...almost beat the rent-boys!

Kenny supervising Sammy Lee is a solution until Rafa can come back and complete the targets he had (if NESV prove to be worthy )

Lyndsay>I think we will have to make use of what we have until the January transfer! I would love if Rafa returned, but I can't see it happening unless we get rid of some dead wood like Broughton who doesn't even support Liverpool! Even then it's doubtful!! At the moment we have to give Roy a chance, wait until after the January transfer and see what happens(can't get new players till then)! Need to get rid of Lucas and Babel. Quite disappointed with Cole too!! As a team I think they have all forgetten how to score goals!!!
CS> disagree, Roy is not Liverpool quality, and Kenny could take over tomorrow, now we have got rid of G & H , lets get a man in that has the strength , and respect, more than 75 % of supporters want roy to go, ...! its too easy to blame Lucas & Babel ...new players arent the problem everton or blackpools players arent as good as our squad...but they were motivated...roy isnt respected enough to manage players at Lfc level..!

Paul C>ok quite a lot to digest there smith, chris like i sed it was only a opinion m8, i wont begin to try and find arguements from yer blog, altho there was no way lfc was a £1 bill asset while dumb n dumber were at the club and with the the deb...t imposed on the club, now with new owners that maybe a true in time. you have quite clearly got more sources than i so i wil tactically put up the white flag of truce m8, i would like to think that u could see from my comment i was a rafa supporter aswel, but roy is our manager and i havent given up on him yet, but totally agree that rafa should not have gone YNWASee more
ChriS SmiTH>thanks Paul, mate, nothing against u, i understand yr opinion, for me the problem is that deep isues are often discussed too quick without consideration of all the relevant issues, i spend 6-8 sometimes 12hrs a day on these matters, and i a...ssure you i take on board what u say... i cant accept hodgson as he was put in place by the wrong method by the wrong people and not only his on field results but his lack of understanding of us, the suppporters protest, his press conferences and lack of fight v fergie all togther made me cringe, and i resisted public criticism until recently when he commented about our protests..
well we are still "that group of people" and likely to be around a long time after he has gone..(i-a) ..
of course Lfc isnt or wasnt worth 1 billion with G & H or moores BUT having previously managed global projects of that ilk, i can assure you that broughton & purslowought - with all the contacts available to him - have been able to find buyers quicker than they did...NOT that i wanted them to...i wanted supporter ownership, on todays blog i extracted 2 letters i wrote to ShareLFC/SoS (august 2008) and KOP mag in march 2009 saying that they should move quicker on the ownership etc (& to back Rafa , because we will only appreciate him when hes gone)..
someone else...(maybe not a scouser , lol ...)
Abdus S>"This is so true Chris, by supporting one good deed, Broughton and Purslow cannot erase 9 other bad deeds from the history books. Broughton cannot remain at OUR club too much longer as it will be a conflict of interest for him and of course us - he is a Chelski season ticket holder; we need someone who bleeds RED not blue.. Purslow is someone you must take with a pinch of salt and personally I cannot and will not trust him. He is not suited for the ethos that Liverpool FC symbolises and therefore must take his leave as soon as it is possible.

They are not custodians of OUR football club, they are merely highly paid employees of Liverpool FC."

"I want the supporters to be proud of the team, of the manager, of the players, of the club."

Quote from: Scarlet` on Today at 04:46:47 PM

He is killing our team for sure.
Roy is a nice guy, yes, but he is not right for the job.

Roy is a nice guy, but he's killing the team, and he's slowly but surely killing us fans.

You want a Roy story, here's one.

The Day ol' Roy finally pushed a Liverpool fan over to the Dark Side.

And this isn't one of those story/ sequel movies that last years. This is a story, that lasted 3 years. And Ol'Roy wasn't even the leading character, but he had a part to play. Because it was only when Roy's introduction was done and dusted, only when he stood on stage and flourished his feathers for all to see, only then did ol' Roy reveal the secret behind the secret.

The secret that had been speculated on for decades, whispered in the cold alleys by those that wander in the night, the night wanderers.
The Night wanderers, or as we know them, the men sent by their women at 1am to buy groceries from the 24/7 kiosk down the road.  Secrets...secrets about Liverpool. Long ago it was once said, that even Liverpool fans had a limit when supporting their managers. "Through think and thin" they would bellow, "never walk alone" would they chant. But even among their midst were those who carried the burden of their secret.

For it was foretold that one day, Liverpool fans, would  turn their backs on a Liverpool Manager.

But this day would not arrive without a specific sequence of events.

"Bullocks", I would say to my uncle when first told of this, "scriddliumptiously" and "lying Whizpopper" (for I was in the midst of reading BFG with of Roald Dahl)
Events, what events could possibly happen at Liverpool without anyone in the world noticing!

And so, when a Sour double wind blew in from the West during a thunderous storm, and lingered for three years, before disappearing as menacing as it had arrived, there were but a few that noticed, and none dared say. For there was plenty of rejoicement, and merriment all around. Our previous Vanquishing Knight had returned from whence he didth cometh, err fromth, in the EU. For he had a legal permit, and another kingdom beckoned him. And so it fell, that the round table of Liverpool, tainted and tarnished as it decayed to become, was left alone, to beckon up all manner of darkness, into what was once holy.

"A Gentlemen", they gushed,  "respected and respectful", they crowed, "British" they cackled. Lo and Behold, summoned from the dark depths, was a menacing duck, no, a fiery Dragon, nay, worse still, a creaky, croaky Dinosaur. From the days of yonder, when the world was the same, yet infinitely different. Where Evil was triumphant for its losses,  all-conquering in her failures. Slow-witted, slow-moving, and slow-everything else, it was unmatched. And it was with that experience that Ol' Roy, as he became to be known as, was unleashed into our unsuspecting midst.

And little did we know, that this was the beginning of the end, or worse yet, the end of the beginning of the end. The trigger was poised, armed and ready, waiting for an unsuspecting Liverpool fan. The final event required to unleash the secret within, to finally make us Liverpool fans turn our back on an LFC manager, was a single Liverpool fan( preferably a noobie newly registered in an LFC online forum),  to write a long, babbling post, about the problems with Roy. I share this with you only because I need to (yessiree bob, i got paid to do so). This is a warning for other online LFC fans. Unfortunately some fans just can't stop writing negative things about Roy. I pity them.... ::)

Speaking of Roy and his weaknesses,  ;)
(and back to today's wonderfully screwed and raped written English)

My issue with Roy is not so much that we're in our worst start in ages, or one of our worst run of matches in some time. (It could be that Roy's just having a bad run!). It's something else, more emotional for some reason. I'll try to explain, (pls note; a rambling alert has been sounded! :))

His worst run of matches coincide with his reign as manager. That is to say, his worst run is still an ongoing process. Whereas we could pick the date when Rafa's weak run of last year ended, we are still in the midst of a bad run. And this bad run started from his first game in charge! Rafa had a record of success, even in the premierleague, you could look at his results before the weak run, and assume that that was in fact a very bad run. (as opposed to a very bad manager). Roy's record does not hold up the same way. In fact, considering his previous record, I can't imagine what were the thought processes when his name was bandied around as a possible candidate by our board. Which brings me to my main point.

It pains me to say this as a Liverpool fan, but, Roy's appointment as manager was not based on footballing decisions. I know it, you know it, the media might pretend otherwise but they know it, and I'm pretty sure he does too. Now take a second and think about that. For the first time in our history a manager was picked due to political reasons, right here, right to our club, right in our midst. And I think he knows that.. I for one can't stop thinking about that whenever I see him standing in front of our dugout.

Look, I know, we're Liverpool fans, we stand behind our managers no matter what. We did that partly because no matter what the results were on the pitch, we always believed that the owners, the board, and the manager, were trying their best to do what could help Liverpool the most on and off the pitch.  But is that the case today? I'm not sure the last 12 months were about football...far too much politics going on, and whenever you get a lot of political manuovering going on its safe to say money is a big part of it. The board may have done well these last few weeks but I'm still uneasy. I want to trust them, but than I think of Insua leaving, and Aquilani leaving, and the Rafa firing/quiting....did it/was it/could it happen debacle.

My buddy, my pal, my amigo, good ol Rog. Are his actions wrong? Liverpool and him, Roy and LFC. Was he convinced he good bring success?

Or he saw a chance and sprung for it, Carpe Diem and all that.

But its not all that.

Thats my club you've seized the moment with, that's my passion, my love, my emotional joy ride that I love AND NEED. I don't want anything to do with Carpe Diem when its so personal to me. I've already been tortured for the last few years, from the last time some else thought Carpe Diem with reference to Liverpool...and those two stooges are the reason we're having this discussion in the first place!

Sure, I'm not expecting a Knight in Shining armour to replace Rafa, but at the least, a Knight that took a good long look at Liverpool, a good long look at himself before deciding to take the challenge. This is Liverpool dammit! Even after 20 trophyless league season's, we still believe!

Sometimes in life, we have to make the decision not to do something because we acknowledge that we're just not good enough. That the value of Liverpool, and the trials that come with it are above and beyond most managers, and to even attempt to take charge would be to do an injustice to the club, the fans, the history and and every other manager that managed Liverpool before and gave their best.

And dammit Roy, Either you overvalued your skills, or you undervalued what it takes to be a Liverpool manager. Or worse still, you did both. What, you thought because a foriegner like Rafa could lead us to some success and trophies, that you would be the missing link for the league trophy? If that is the case, than I applaud you, you might quite well be the "missing link" they've been looking for all this time. And by "they" I mean the Researchers attempting to connect the link between man and monkey. Or have I gone too far?

But there's more, see, he doesn't seem to realise the situation we're in.

He could have been humbled by his weak start, shocked and surprised.
He might have realised that its not as easy as he thought, and knuckled down to really start working.
What's wrong with the squad? which players are not playing good enough?
could my tactics have finally been found out as not good enough for a top team, how can I fix it?
I have top class players that are struggling this season, what changes have I made to their stlyle of play? How did they play previously, and what can I pick up from the past?

What is my plan B? why don't I have a plan B? what does it say about me as a manager that I don't have a plan B? How could I have accepted a managerial spot at Liverpool and I don't even have a #%#¤#% plan B?
The answers to the above questions, do I know them? If I do, can I execute them? If I neither now the answers, or am unable to execute the answers, why am I still holding on? How does Liverpool gain by me grasping and clinging on to my job?

Instead, all that good Ol' Roy does is, blame the players. It is, after all, their fault they're not good enough, except ofcourse, the players he signed. And its not fair to blame him, all he did was pick a team that he thought was good enough, and golly gosh and by Jove, it turns out the team was just not that good. But then, they are the B team after all. And its not his fault that the team's "best game we've played since I've become manager of the club" (that is a direct quote, i kid you not), was lambasted by all as being a game we were outplayed, by Everton. %#%#¤Everton.

As for Torres, you limping overrated foriegner, Roy's got your number, and its not dialing.

Yes, you, Torres, the one with record goals scored by a foriegner in his first season, the two time PFA Team of the year, a shortlist for Fifa player of the year, the two-time FIFPro World X11, the scorer of 57 league goals in 86 league matches and 73 goals in 125 matches and 50 league goals at Anfield in less than 3 seasons. You'd better shape up or shape out! Don't make me Zamora your ass. My tactics are spot on, and if you can't score its plainly because you're having a very bad run and are lacking confidence. Man the %#% up!

Roy, you're our manager, but quite frankly, Roy, you're deluded.

Ol Roy's been caught out as not good enough and he refuses to face truth. He Carpe Diemed his way into Liverpool when it should have been blatant to all that he was not good enough.

And Roy, you've finally done it, I never thought I'd ever reach this. I've crossed over. Roy, you've finally broken me.
I have now become like the other fans. It's happened, and for the first time in my life as a Liverpool fan, I've given up on my manager. And, I'm wishing he would leave. I've sunk so low, I've actually taken time out of my life, to sit down, and write, an anti-manager rant. Against the manager of my own team. Against a current, active, Manager of Liverpool FC.

Things will never be the same again, as a fan. But that's my burden to bear and pay.

And Roy, one last thing.

Carpe f"#¤"ing Diem yourself outta here, and take your damn ego with you.

*ashamed? me?
that I turned out to be the trigger that launched the beginning of the unveilment of the myth?
Somebody had to get it down on paper, and if you want something done wrong, you've got to do it yourself* 8)

When was Purslow on OUR side.?

    1. When he fiddled the SOS minutes?

    2. When he told bare faced lies about the transfer budget including wages

    3. When the manager was telling Alonso that we wanted him to stay and how much the fans loved him and Purslow was trying to swap him for Van De Vaart.

    4. When he held his tunnel press conferences with journalist's

    5. When he briefed Maddocks and orchestrated a media campaign to remove the manager.

    6. When he stopped talking to Mascherano when a deal was agreed

    7. When he pulled out of a free deal to sign Chamakh, when the player and his agent had agreed to join.

    8. When he started talking to Hodgson in January about replacing Benitez.

    9. When he started moves to sell Insua.

10, When he tried to silence RAWK with legal action over something that was freely available in the public Domain.

    11. When he started negotiations to bring in Joe Cole without the managers knowledge.

    12. When he knifed Benitez in the back when he was on holiday and Carra and Gerrard where safely tucked away on a plane to South Africa.

    13. When he allowed Kenny to be used to legitimise a managerial selection process even though as Hodgson freely admits he had been talking to Liverpool for months.

    14. When he Allowed Kenny to pitch for a Gig that had already been filled.

    15. When he Negotiated a deal with Rhone that would of allowed Hicks and Gillet to stay indefinitely and totally dismantle and destroy our Club.

Purslow was appointed and worked for Hicks and Gillet, he helped them destroy our Club and the sooner we see the back of the lying deceitful snake the better.

Benitez points finger at Purslow

Rafael Benitez has blamed Liverpool's decline after 2008-09 on the appointment of managing director Christian Purslow.

Liverpool finished second in the 2009 Premier League but, despite the expectation that they would be serious challengers once more, they finished seventh last season and Benitez was sacked.

Now at Inter Milan, Benitez has said it was the appointment of Purslow in June 2009 that changed matters at the club and he believes that was the deciding factor in the collapse.

"I prefer not to talk too much about Liverpool," he said. "I prefer not to talk about this because I feel really sorry for the fans. I was watching the fans and I was really sad after the defeat the other day (against Everton).

"We have a saying in Spanish, which is: 'White liquid in a bottle has to be milk'. What does this mean? It means that after 86 points and finishing second in the league, what changed?

"The Americans, they chose a new managing director and everything changed. So, what changed?

"The managing director is involved in all the decisions: new lawyer, new chief of press, new manager, nine new players, new medical staff, new fitness coaches - they changed everything.

"At the beginning, they changed the managing director who was talking with some players, and they changed everything that we were doing in the past. So, if you want to ask again what was going on, it's simple: they changed something and, at the end, they changed everything.

"So, white liquid in a bottle: milk. You will know who is to blame."

Pressed further on the matter, Benitez would only say: "White liquid in a bottle. If I see John the milkman in the Wirral, where I was living, with this bottle, I'd say, 'It's milk, sure'."

Purslow remains at Liverpool and was a key figure in helping New England Sports Ventures (NESV) to secure the takeover against the wishes of Tom Hicks and George Gillett.

"the galaxy song"..
(see utube link above !)

in case U cant open the link...<SMILE> !

.......Just remember that you're standing on a planet that's evolving
And revolving at nine hundred miles an hour,
That's orbiting at nineteen miles a second, so it's reckoned,
...A sun that is the source of all our power.

The sun and you and me and all the stars that we can see
Are moving at a million miles a day
In an outer spiral arm, at forty thousand miles an hour,
Of the galaxy we call the 'Milky Way'.
Our galaxy itself contains a hundred billion stars.
It's a hundred thousand light years side to side.

It bulges in the middle, sixteen thousand light years thick,
But out by us, it's just three thousand light years wide.
We're thirty thousand light years from galactic central point.
We go 'round every two hundred million years,
And our galaxy is only one of millions of billions
In this amazing and expanding universe.

The universe itself keeps on expanding and expanding
In all of the directions it can whizz
As fast as it can go, at the speed of light, you know,
Twelve million miles a minute, and that's the fastest speed there is.
So remember, when you're feeling very small and insecure,
How amazingly unlikely is your birth,

And pray that there's intelligent life somewhere up in space,..

............'Cause there's bugger all down here on Earth.!!!
